Villa Eliá

Olive Grove Villa Eliá is located just a 1 minute walk away from the main Olive Grove Studios and Apartments complex, affording you the luxury of enjoying your own private self-contained / self-catering accommodation, whilst having access to the facilities on the main Olive Grove complex such as the excellent large pool and bar areas.

Access to the villa is through its own lockable gate which leads onto a lawned garden area, furnished with a large garden dining table and chairs with umbrella, sun loungers with moveable umbrellas and small side tables. There is also a small BBQ area with a top of the range gas cylinder BBQ exclusively for your use.

The tastefully decorated villa is double glazed throughout, with pull down mosquito nets at each window and air conditioning.
The large bright and airy open plan lounge and kitchen area is fully equipped with two sofas – one of which pulls out as a sofa bed if required and dining table and chairs.

The fully fitted kitchen comprises of a hob, full oven and large fridge-freezer and a small dishwasher and is also fully stocked with cutlery, crockery and all the utensils you should require including electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1 comprises of floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with hangers and a vanity mirror, double bed and bed-side tables and lamps. Patio doors lead directly onto the garden.

Bedroom 2 comprises of floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with hangers and vanity mirror, double bed and bed-side tables and lamps.

Both bedrooms share the bathroom which comprises of a shower, toilet and sink unit.
